Who we are

Younes LAZRAKManaging Director — Founder

Y. LAZRAK AMO & MOD supports public and private project owners in managing real estate, industrial and infrastructure projects. Our mission: to secure costs, schedules, quality and risks, from design to delivery.

A civil engineer who graduated from Polytech Marseille, Younes LAZRAK has 15 years of experience managing and delivering complex projects in France and Morocco, in environments demanding on technical, financial and operational levels.

His career stands out for the diversity of sectors: aeronautical maintenance infrastructure (MRO), industry, defence, residential and commercial real estate. He directed the works of the Sartorius Stedim Biotech campus in Aubagne (65,000 m², €100M), contributed to the development of the Naval Group Centre of Excellence and led numerous real estate operations in execution project management (MOEX).

He founded Y. LAZRAK AMO & MOD to support project owners and investors from programming to delivery: biopharmaceutical headquarters, naval defence centres of excellence, MRO hangars, nuclear facilities, premium collective housing and high-end villas, in France and in Morocco.

Y. LAZRAK's role: Management of studies and launch of the construction phase, in line with the security and confidentiality requirements of defence programmes.

Operations building — Jules Horowitz Reactor

€1.7M (all trades) · Contractor: GCC Agence Nucléaire. Construction of an operations building for the Jules Horowitz high-flux test reactor, in a classified nuclear environment requiring a very high level of quality, safety and traceability.

Y. LAZRAK's role: Site engineer — monitoring of execution in a regulated nuclear environment.
